3 Storey Terrace House, St Leonards, Exeter

This project involved redecorating a three-storey townhouse, including all ceilings, walls and woodwork throughout the hallway and landings.

The property had not been painted for over 10 years, so careful preparation was key to achieving a consistent, high-quality finish. All surfaces were thoroughly prepared, sanded and primed where required before painting began.

Ceilings were finished in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, with walls completed in Johnstone’s Durable Matt to provide a clean, durable finish throughout.

Woodwork and doors were primed and finished using Johnstone’s Aqua Guard, delivering a smooth, long-lasting result.

The work was carried out in a clean and methodical way, with minimal disruption to the household. The finished result has received excellent feedback, with a number of compliments from visitors following completion.
